Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States - more than breast, prostate and colon cancers combined. If you are a current or former smoker who is concerned about your risk for developing lung cancer, our low-dose CT screening program may be right for you.
Our program is recommended for adults ages 55-77 with a 30 pack year history of smoking and no history of lung cancer. We screen current smokers and those who have quit within the last 15 years. Take our assessment to determine if you meet the recommended guidelines for our screening.
Screenings are performed at:
Surburban Pavilion
Monday - Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
A doctor's referral is needed.
If further treatment is needed, LG Health offers the comprehensive services of our nationally recognized cancer program at the Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute, a member of the Penn Cancer Network.
